Options:
Esthetic and restorative dentistry are excellent investments in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and have several payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.
We, at FYI, are committed to providing you with the highest quality care using only the best materials and technology available in the market today. We are also committed to providing you with current information and educational tools so that you may fully participate in maintaining optimum oral health. Our financial policy is intended to facilitate excellent service to you while minimizing our administrative costs.
As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company. We will estimate what your insurance might contribute toward your dental care and we ask that you pay what is estimated to be the remaining portion of your balance at each visit. Many people are under the impression that if they have dental insurance, it is the insurance company which owes the dentist for his services. This is not the case. The insurance contract is between the insurance company and you. Therefore, the patient is responsible for the bill, regardless of insurance coverage.
Most insurance companies pay within two weeks, although some may take longer. We will do everything possible to assist you in receiving whatever benefit your insurance might pay. However, any balance left unpaid by your insurance company after 60 days will become your responsibility to pay at that time.
Balances older than 60 days are subject to finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually).
Our office accepts cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Extended payment plans are available through Care Credit upon request and approval.

Special Financing:
Our office also works with CareCredit to assist you with your payments. For qualified applicants, interest-free payments can be spread over a 3, 6, 12 or 24 month period. Finance company approval must be obtained prior to starting your treatment. Please see either the CareCredit information below
